The Journey That Led To Glow Coco

I began my wanderlust for well-being in 1996 receiving a 2200 hour Diploma at the Shiatsu School of Canada and am still practicing this ancient healing art. My lust for learning led me to India in 1999 where I received my first 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training certification. My appetite for preparing and sharing nutritious and delicious foods brought me to the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California where I received my Raw Food Chef and Educator Certification. I believe in great tasting food that is both delicious and nutritious. Brought forth by using different culinary techniques, my hand made fresh creations are pure fuel for your body. I am dedicated to providing the best in culinary plant based pursuits using an array of premium sourced superfoods for supreme health.

I have had the pleasurable opportunity to share my culinary art at various spa's, wellness centres and yoga studios. I have also taught workshops and have been a guest speaker on Breakfast Television in Toronto and Vancouver sharing some raw food demos and recipes for viewers. It was during my first visit to Bali in 2014 where I was a Raw Food Chef for 50 students during a month long yoga teacher training that I visited a cacao bean plantation and from that moment on was in awe at the wonderment of this magical plant.
